Hello everyone
I am new to this forum so I just wanted to introduce myself to you before I jump in a join in with all the craft chat!
I have been card making for just over a year and have my own website selling my cards. I have just started a new business designing backing papers on CD-rom and my first Cd is available on my new website. Its a very exciting time as I have interest for my CD from a number of places..a digital Shopping channel being one of them!:o
Anyway, card making ang scrapbookinbg are my passions so I am really looking forward to chatting to like minded people and getting ideas.

Hi Seahorse
Not sure why you are having problems, I have been on the site and everything is working fine. Could be the browser that you are using, but I have to admit the website is not my strong point!
I will have my partner Ian (the techie) have a look tonight when he gets home to see what the problem could be, thanks for mentioning it because if you can't see it then other people wont be able to either.

Hi just had a peek at the site and its looking good!

Do you or have you thought about supplying the CD to shops for sale ?

Hi SteveG

Yes is the answer to your question! I have just ordered some Cd stands for use in shop displays and I am in the process of getting together presentation info so i can start approaching local craft shops in my area to begin with.

I have also thought of approaching online craft supplies websites too.. as a shop owner yourself do you think that other online shops would be interested?? ;)

hehe, Ill pass over the information to the shop owner herself - I am of course the little money sitting hunched over in the corner with a laptop obeying the big cheeses every command.

Her first reaction was that she would consider selling such CD's in our(her) shop - Although price, qty conditions etc would be an issue. (Email her via our web site if you want to post your pitch and feel we are worthy to stock your CDs)

She did also fly out a warning that will be competing with some big names (In general - not with us). - Although I am sure this does not come as a shock to you.

I say UP with the little people! Down with the big people.... until we ourselves become the big people of course!

As for other web sites I couldn’t say - I guess again it would depend on the price and conditions etc.

Again, Good luck to you :)
