Please could any one help me with soap certification?

Hi,
i am really into making soaps, and would love to be able to sell my creations - lots of people already asking me too, but i know i have to have them certified, i have been in touch with trading standards and have even had them out to talk to me - but to be honest the lady seemed to know as much as me, so i am really stuck. i have emailed a few companys about product testing and have had 2 replies so far - Martin Perry and Advantis, my they seems so daunting, i really could do with some help. Please.

The person you need to contact, if she's well, is Sarah Janes who is an agent/facilitator for those requiring certification.

Hi

You can expect to pay £150 - £300 depending on formulation.

Some assessors will reduce their fees, if you agree to buy all your ingredients from them - not a good idea - as they tend to be expensive.
