....Tacky Glue or Bostik Fabric Glue.

I'd rather opt for sewing though, as I'm not sure how weather proof these glues are.

How about velcro?

Staples are quick and easy... though a bit of a risk of nicks and cuts if not handled carefully..

Another easyish option is to use some of that iron on wundaweb stuff.. though you need to either cut it down to the size you need, or it will be all over your iron and ironing board!

Is there a reason why sewing it is out of the question?? it would be the quickest and easiest option to just feed them through a machine...

I would use a mini hot melt glue gun. They are pretty quick and easy and give a really strong bond in hardly any time. I swear by them!

If it is for an outside event remember it could be a breezy or rainy day so whatever you use will have to withstand flapping in the wind an d water.

Hi there, Really is best to run through a sewing machine. Don't need to measure out the gaps and pre-pin 1st just use the size of the machine bed to judge the distance between each. i.e. when the bunting tape reaches the back of the machine bed insert the next pennant at the front.

Give me a shout if I can be of help.

Glue is good and quicker than stitching but it can discolour and show through the fabric after time, so if you have time sewing is the best option :)
