Is it PUL? I need some to make myself a new changing bag but all i can find is about £14 a metre does anyone know where i can get it cheaper? I need a supplier in the Uk if possible.

Thanks in advance

Where are you based? I have always found Abakahn (sp?) Fabrics in North Wales (on the coast road not far from Prestatyn) well worth a visit. i usually come away stocked up with all sorts, and really cheap, too.

Don't know if they have a website (they probably do) but they have a large, ever-changing stock, and bargains are put out on a kind og market stall, as well as in a bargain shop, and an off-cuts shop. I'm not sure you'd get the same bargains online.

It'd also be worth googling waterproof fabric.

Hi, Just done a search on Abakhan and this is a link:

They have a few stores in the north west, north wales and Stoke. Also do online sales, so worth a look, I'd say!

Good luck
Wendy

Sorry, I should've done all this in one post. They are definitely worth a look: they've got PVC and laminated cotton from 1.99 a metre!! :mf:

would the laminated cotton work in nappies?

Hi There,

I bought a cheap PVC shower curtain for lining my nappy bag with!! LOL

Was going to have a go at making nappies too but gave up and bought them in the end.

Good Luck and perhaps you could post some pictures when you finish your change bag?
