Just updated my blog with a recipe for egg free chocolate cake! Really yummy, perfect for vegans, people with allergies or just people who like chocolate cake....... Lets face it who doesn't!?

Have you tried the molly (fruit) cake recipe too - no added fat, sugar, eggs or dairy.. Despite having none of the above, it's a great cake for anyone.. doesn't taste like you have to be a martyr to eat it either!!

Oh, and it has zero cholesterol too..:o

My one issue with it is that it doesn't work so well with gluten free flour..
