I amwanting to put this onto wood, anyone give me any hints and tips how to get the actual image onto the wood? or is a one of them long processes of im going ot have to draw it?!

I would always draw it onto the wood personally but that's because I prefer working that way. I'd trace some basic reference points and lines, then draw the rest either freehand in pencil or just start burning straight away.

I'd do the same as in that other thread, with an inkjet printer... you might wnat to cut out the black background first, though.
