Cant remember if Ive already asked this here, probably have as I seem to have askd the question on all forums I use.
Anyhoo, here it goes.
Im looking for an eye liner that doesnt disapear after wearing it for about half an hour.
Not liquid but pencil.

I think that often the problem with dissapearing makeup is that the skin in not prepared for it. The oils in the skin allow the product to weeken and slide off!
A good foundation will go some way to stopping the problem. I have found the avon products to be very good and they are very resonably priced.
Are you putting the eye liner at the base of the lashes? or more into the edge of the lid?

On the inner rim of the eye! Not the best place as its in direct contact with eye mucus.

I don't think that the foundation will work then!!
Have you thought of having a tattoo'd eye liner?
I have a client who sells my jewellery who applies permanent eye liners and mascara's like a tatoo!

i swear by rimmel, but even that will fade and start to disappear after a while on the inner rimn - also produce some interesting eye bogies!
.....this is a really old thread anyways, so did you ever find one that works for u?
