Definitely kitchen roll time! What an episode! That was the sort of TV that gets awards. Being a huge Catherine Tate fan the end really screwed me up - laugh/ cry/ laugh/ cry!

Totally agree.
I was trying not to dislodge actual attatched parts of my throat, and not render the whites of my eyes completley bloodshot through crying so much, then along pops CT having the most hilariously confused conversation with the Dr, then the music kicks in.
I love Catherine Tate, thank God for repeats or id never have caught her first series, love the old granny she does.

They really have hit on a perfect blend of emotion and actors in Dr Who.Its like the Morecombe and Wise of its day, you know youd 'made it' when you appear on either of them.
Long may it continue.

Ohhhhh! OK I was in tears too! God I felt like a fool but it was the best.

At the risk of looking even more foolish..............who is Catherine Tate?

An award winning comedienne/actress whose programme is/has been shown on BBC2 on Monday nights.
If youve heard the phrase 'Am I bovvered?', she is responsible for it.

I cried lots too but as I was at the in laws I made excuses about being tired/emotional/hormonal because of Tara - don't think they believed me though so they now think I'm very sad! My friend and I are trying to decide if Catherine Tate will get 'Am I bovvered?' into the new episode of Dr Who - would be good if she did :D
