My latest project is a Matchbox Chest of Drawers. These little chests of drawers are great for keeping small treasures in or as storage for stamps, buttons or even bugs (for all the boys out there!) It is a really easy, fun project to make, check it out here:

The blue nails belong to my daughter Lizzie, it was the school holidays so she helped me out with the project....I think I might start painting mine :mf:

how cute do they look
I remember making these as a kid with little matchboxes and the bigger cooking match boxes ( cept mine wasn't as neat ;) )
ideal for fiddly things such crimp beads

They are fab!! I am going to make some for my daughters dolls house, she will love that.
I used to have these in my dolls house (a long time ago) my mum made them for me, we found them in an old shoe box a couple of weeks ago they still looked pretty, we made towels to go in the bathroom ones from an old pair of towling tracksuit bottoms too ( they were still inside)
brought back a lot of memories.:)

it's so cute...the instruction are very simple and the materials are affordable... it's like recycling the used materials..:D
