Belt buckles to decorate

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me, I went to a christening today and one of the guests was wearing a lovely Swarovski crystal belt and I was wondering if it is possible to buy the basic buckle and stick the crystals on myself. So the question is: where do I get the buckles and where is the best place to buy flat backed swarovski crystals and which glue would I use?
