Has anyone ordered from PMC Crafts?

I just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with PMC Crafts. I ordered a book last week and it hasn't arrived. Their website is down and the telephone number I have on the Craft Fair directory isn't accepting incoming calls.

No it doesn't - I'm beginning to think I've been had. I was going to order some PMC and tools - good job I didn't. I'd have been getting really stressed by now!

Thanks Seahorse - it's so frustrating. I keep hoping that I'm wrong but all the signs tell me that I can wave goodbye to my money (£17 - not a fortune but still enough to hurt if you lose it).:(

How did you pay.. if you use paypal or a credit card its very easy to get your money back, just takes a email or 1 phone call..

I ordered and received my Paragon SC2 kiln from them along with some clay without any problems! that was back in December. I haven't ordered anything since though

All I can say is keep trying, hopefully it's nothing too worring!

Its your money no matter what the amount, if you dont get your order you should get it back.

Hi again

Still no joy I'm afraid. Their website is up again and I've emailed a couple of times but still no reply. I found another telephone number which is supposed be available between 9 and 5pm but it was a recorded message. I left my number yesterday but they haven't called back.

Unfortunately I paid by debit card so I'm not sure whether I'll be able to get the money back?

Seahorse - yes I can get the book from Amazon. I was going to do that in the first place but I thought that I would get it quicker!
