They are lovely. I keep wanting to make something similar to those. Can I ask you, do you use a die cutter? and if so, which one?

Abakhan (http://www.abakhan-onlineshop.co.uk/acatalog/copy_of_Felt_Squares.html) have a wide range of felt - pieces plain, patterned, glitter and self-adhesive and plain felt by the metre.
(catalogue currently suspended for software update)

I agree with elainej, abakhan is a good source for felt, they sometimes do a bargin bag full for I think £2. I got most of my stash of felt that way and most of it was the better quality thicker felt, although I would not be able to say for sure that it was wool felt.

Hello crafters...
could anyone explain to me this: its about felt....
30% wool, 70% man-made??
and
30% Wool with Blended Viscose??
Thanks............:)

My DH brought me home some felt off-cuts from work & had a load of gorgeous colours, so I thought I'd make some too, although not being a sewer, I cut mine on my Cuttlebug & put a brad through the middle, I did have to sew it to the safety pin though!
Here's a piccie of one of them on my DD's coat, she got loads of compliments on it at school, I need to get some more safety pins & will do some more.

Aww thanks, I was pleased with the results, & they certainly brighten up her black coat, but like i say I did cheat a bit, doing them on the cuttlebug :p

HI Sunshine Im embaressed to say this but it was ebay :o I hate using that site but couldn't find it anywhere else :)
:o You should be ashamed of yourself !!! What about buying from my little website :) I only sell 100% wool felt and none of that horrible thin craft felt that is made up of only 30% wool and 70% other stuff. How they can call that wool felt I'll never know !
My felt measures approximately 4mm thick and goes through most die cutting machines. Or, if you can't be bothered to make your own felt flowers, buy some (http://www.bloomingfelt.co.uk/felt-flowers-62-c.asp) - these are my most popular selling item at the moment !

Hiya !
Thanks for your lovely kind words. I saw that you ordered some felt flowers ... thank you ! I won't be able to get to the PO today, but they'll be on their way to you on Monday.
Sadly I can't make up stencils - not arty at all !! I'm sure if you googled flower stencil images, you'd be able to find something that you could download? :)

Ooh they're amazing. You're good, really. I used to make this before using felts but yours are really.. hmm.. awesome. :D Well, I loved the black and white one with green at the center. You can put up a business or something that will help you.. it's fun and pretty, though. :D

hi friends,
I would suggest making cardboard patterns for all the different sizes, then stack several layers of felt, and use a rotary cutter.
