long eyelets

Im after long eyelets for yet another craft idea which will go disasterously wrong.
I had a look in Hobbycraft and bought some Making memories normal size eyelets, I didnt see any long ones.
I just googled them and it looks like making memories do sell them, I can get them from the craft emporium but the link isnt connecting.

Do any of you lovely people know where i can get some from?

Are there some type of eyelets you can buy that have 2 pieces which you pop together like poppers.I need them to go through the hole in a MM hinge.

Ive heard of a thing they do called snaps but havnt seen them.
