My darling wife is going hairless trying to find a UK supplier for a. Tri Cord Knotter, and b. a Flush cutter we don't have to remortgage for! Anyone any ideas? I can only find them on US sites.

I had to google them both as I hadnt really a clue what either of those were.I still am no wiser about a Tri Cord cutter.
The cheapest flush cutter I found was at www.garden-and-home-directory.co.uk for around £30, others I saw were £36.
But Ive been after, what I know now as a flush cutter, for a while.
If its the tool that you cut bits of metal with, flush to whatever its next to(thats what Id use it for) then Im more than sure I nearly bought one from Hobbycraft for around the £10-£15 range. It had the cutter at the top, not the side tho.
Worth a look.

Peter,

The Tri-cord Knotter seems to be only available from the USA but the Flush Cutter is basically just flush-cutting wirecutters. For that, it might be worth checking locally for a Games Workshop shop or outlet. I believe their "clippers" are flush cut :) They're much cheaper

Thanks - I managed to find everything wanted on a US site, Fusionbeads.com, and although they charge $15 postage it may be worth it. The Knotter thing is for tying knots close to the bead, the cheap way is with a pair of knotting pliers and a knotting awl...................I'm told. Some days I'm glad I chose floral design.
