Pictures on header

I have an idea of what i want my main page to look like on my website. I got my mr site package through today and im making it difficult for myself already! Iv barely set foot out of the spare room today! Only got dressed as someone came to the door and iv not set foot in the bathroom!!!

Anyway.....I want to put my own header picture on but i dont want to complicate things by buying anyhting. What free website provide pictures you can use? I really dont wnt to get into any copyright bother!

I can't help with the free pics (maybe google "copyright free images" and check in the terms that they're free for business use?) but as a suggestion it might be nicer and more unqiue if you used your own pictures for the header. Maybe some photos of your crafts?

Yeah i was thinking that last night lying in bed :D I think il do that for the header, but i want to do something for the background too. MAybe im being fussy but so far im not keen on the ones i see on the package.

I just have to keep playing around with it.

I used this for my header http://www.headerspot.com/.

I did my own one but it just didn't look right so for the meantime I am using this one and when I get braver I may just retry although I do like mine - I took the download and changed the colour to make it slightly different.
It is free, they ask you to spread the word so I have a link on my links page - and of course I have splabbed it here now so I am paid up :D

Have just had a look at Headerspot & have also seen a few I like, so have registered - a bit apprehensive about giving my details though on a site that isn't well known (I see it's USA based). But am willing to give them a go!
I wanted to use my logo from my curtainmaking days but I can't change the colour of it when I scanned it in from my old business cards - have tried all the usual colour change things on my PC but nothing will change it. :confused:
If anyone knows what to do I'd be eternally grateful as I really like my own logo but the colour just isn't right for my new venture.
