Do not know of a machine to do all that, but I do use ink jet print sheets, printed with designs, ironed on then add crystals with the hot wand.

I've got a kandie kane. It's like a soldering iron with different tips to fit the gems. But it only does one at the time. I've bought iron on gem transfers fron ebay and they've been on a backing of some sort. No idea what it was, sorry! But if you can make a shape on the material and fill it in with gems yourself, it'll be fiddly but might be cheaper.

Try this link Diamante Designs (http://www.beadsandcrystals.co.uk/category.asp?mid=2.) hopefully they can help they also do the transfer film to make your own designs.
