I can't post links 'cos I don't have enough posts but Beads Unlimited (aka Brighton Bead Shop) have wholesale prices on site and 21st Century Beads do also.

I'm sure there's loads more but I don't do much beadwork these days.

The only UK wholesaler I use is Beads Direct http://www.beadsdirect.co.uk/?gclid=CNjfgrHlvI8CFQ5OQgodnG6deQ who give quantity discounts. Depends what you want really, but I haven't found any in the UK worth buying from for resale, shame really, but it's hard to compete with the US.

We use Burhouse beads. Admittedly, we buy in bulk, but they worked out as cheap as trying to buy from India and you don't have to pay the transport costs. I didn't personally sourse them but my cooleagye spent 2 days and many emails to China and India and said these were as cheap. It may need you to be cute and mention that you'd found them cheap in India and see if he will match, or at least bring down the prices. I must re iterate that we do buy in bulk (about 50kg), so that may help. Its worth a try

I use beadsunlimited for the small amount of beads and findings that I sell in my shop, suits cos of low min orders and shipping plus they are packaged in retail bags. Downsides are that the packaging is obviously covered in their website address and prices aren't that cheap for serious jewellery makers.

I have always imported from India but have had an absolute nightmare on my last order that took 3 months to get sorted, so I am looking for a UK wholesaler too. I normally do orders of £100 :playball:
