Good luck

Thanks for the constructive comments, much appreciated and we do understand about the frames but are stuck with them at the moment as the program we used (shopfactory) uses them, its very easy to use and has got us started but we are now looking for an alternative. We have thought about actinic and might trial that but if you have any other ideas would be gratefull for them
Thanks in anticipation :D

Hi Mike,
I use NVu, which is a free designer much better than many as it has a far less steep learning curve :) You can get it from http://www.nvu.com/ - it also has a great support forum! You do need to run your pages through HTML Tidy - from http://tidy.sourceforge.net/#binaries - as it tends to create extraneous blank lines, but that's its only real weakness. I know it's considered wrong by many, but I use tables instead of frames because of the problems frames cause
Somewhat more sophisticated, but something I've been playing around with recently, is BlueVoda which is a free download from http://support.vodahost.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=1
