Any advice on working with silver?

HI everyone. I've been making beaded jewellery for a little while and also wire jewellery. All my skills I've learnt from the internet. I'm interested in working with silver and have found a site on about.com which gives a list of tools required for working with silver such as files and saws etc. but now I need a site that gives some guidance on how to use them! any help would be appreciated :lol:

To be honest, I think I'd go on a course for stuff like that!! Wouldn't want to waste silver !! :roll:

Wow, sounds like fun, deffinately think it would be a good idea to go on a course.

Ive been trying to get back into soldering recently, but Im a long way off from working with silver!!
