Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap make your own christmas cracker kit?

I know places like John Lewis do them but I was looking for something a bit cheaper :wink:

Hmm, dont know about kits but Im sure making them could be quite easy.Think Blue Peter, inside of loo rolls, crepe/wrapping paper,ribbon etc
All you really need are the snap makers which can be bought from some gift shops, maybe flower shops.

Whereabouts are yuo?

I manged to get a pack to make 6 from woolworths for 49p they are last years stock that are reduced (yes i wish i brought more) but i know they do them in hobycraft if you have one near you

Yep they do, I went ot Hobbycraft yesterday and coincidentally the lady on the demonstration table was making them.
Cracker shells in metallic colours were £2.99.
Mixture of toys to go inside were £4.99.
Cracker bangs were 99p.
