Corner fixing

I have some metal corners I want to put on a card, any idea how t attatch thm.
Ive heard I could use the littel sponge sticky pads but Im worried they wont hold.
Would pva glue work?

Yes pva should be fine but the sticky pads should also be strong enough.

Thanks,I used Araldite in the end, held very strong,tho when I stood the card up they slid off leaving glue in visible places, I wasnt a happy bunny.
