Hi everyone!
I was looking around for forums to join to talk to other beaders and found this one.
I have an online bead shop based in Western Australia spe******ing in top quality gemstone beads, freshwater pearls and sterling and fine silver findings and pendants.
Also, I am a mother of 3, 2 girls and a boy, aged 9, 6 and 4. My husband works away so its just me and the kids a fair bit.
Hope to chat to you all soon - its a bit hard because of the time difference!!

Hi JO, welcome to the forum, I'm a beader/jewellery maker in the middle of England in a place called Rugby. I have quite a lot of family based in Donnybrook which I think is just south of Perth. Selina

Hi Jo
Welcome to the forum - I'm sure you find people on here at all hours, so even with the time difference I expect there will be people to chat to.
An old work colleague of mine moved to Perth about 2 years ago, he loves it there and won't be coming back to the UK!! :) I also have relatives in Melbourne and my 'sort of uncle' lives near Sydney.

Hi and welcome to the forum (welcome) its lovely to have you hereyou will enjoy it. We had a holiday in WA about 7 years ago and I loved it I practically had to be carried on to the plane to come back home as I would have loved to have stayed. I have family there as well - an Aunt in Green Bushes and cousins in Port Hedland.

Hi JO and (welcome) I'm also from Rugby in the very heart of England. Don't let the time difference worry you too much someone will always answer your posts during the day or night.
Oh, by the way, I'm a quilter mostly. Look forward to seeing some of your work.

(welcome)to the forum! I'm often up at odd hours so are other members, so someone will be about! My niece is training to be a doctor and has just been doing her elective in Brisbane. Her sister has gone out to join her and now they're having a holiday touring. My cousin lives in Surfers Paradise. Please send some sun to wet and windy South Wales. I'm so envious, too.
Best wishes,
Tina

Welcome, Ive spent some time in WA, have a mother who lives in Edgwater, I went over to meet her, didnt think much to her so we took off to explore for 6 weeks. we could have spent 6 years doing that its a fantastic place. Found the space a bit scary! were not used to driving 5 hours without seeing another car (lots of dead kangoros) but no people
