Hi all
I would like to go on a course/workshop to learn all about dichroic glass. Does anybody know of anybody who teaches this subject in the east midlands?

Hi You could try these https://www.creativeglassguild.co.uk/glass-stained-fusing-painting-courses.htm
they offer courses in Bristol and if that is too far then I think they may have contacts elsewhere also!!
Otherwise search Glass fusing on google!

:) Welcome anytime ;) and thank you for the compliments . . .still lot's of glass methods I want to try, but then I think there is always scope to learn in any craft no matter how long we have been doing it.

Hi,
I'm new here but thought i'd tell you about the lady i work with. The most helpfull and generous teacher i found in the East midlands area. Her workshop is in Loughborough.
Ah, can't post a URL but if you google Claire Williamson Glassworks Loughborough you'll find her.
Hope this helps.

Hi
I took my kid's and some friends to Funky Pots in Nottingham last week (a much belated birthday trip for my daughter).
I was chatting to the owner who was commenting on my bracelets I was wearing (some of my clay beads) and she mentioned that she has started to do glass courses where you can go and make some glass pendants.
How hands-on this is I am not sure but may be worth investigating. It's not mentioned on their website but their contact details are
