Kitschy Coo

Hi there, I'm finally posting rather than lurking :). I have just launched a business named Kitschy Coo selling handmade baby and toddler clothes. I am in Edinburgh but am originally from the US, been here 10 years. I have two little kids (1 and 2) and started sewing when I was pregnant with the second. I have done one big event (Treefest) and several smaller both here in the UK and in the States when I was visiting.
I suppose like a lot of you I am at an impass... summer has gone well but being self-employed means driving yourself forward is almost a full-time job in and of itself! No time for sewing .
I would love to hear from others in Scotland about how to get yourself out there... I have applied for various fairs but would prob do best at (non-craft fair) big events like Treefest, Meadows festival etc. It's very late notice, but anyone know of things in Aug to tap into the festival. I was away in the States for all of July and missed the boat!
Good to meet you all!
Amanda
