Tailors in Asia

Hi to all, I'm wondering if any one knows a good place to source made to measure clothing and footwear in Asia. I know of Hoi An in Vietnam but are there anywhere else say in India or China etc? It will be much appreciated if anyone could help. I'm trying to start up a regular service.(welcome)
