’ve just added a watercolour of a rosehip to my blog. I know that it doesn’t sound too exciting but I loved doing it.

I thought that I would give flowers a rest for a change. I hope that yopu all like it too. I think that I might even frame this one.

That is beautiful. I really, really like it! My eldest two daughters (10 & 11)love using watercolours. I'm going to show them this when they wake up in the morning!

I love it.
I used to love painting and bit quite a bit when I was doing my A level in Art. Seemed to have ont done it for such I long time. You made me feel like doing a bit.
But god knows where im going find the time as my card making seems to be keeping me busy every spare min at the mo

Thanks for the lovely comment, Ger and Sarah, the trick is to paint a watercolour and then turn it into a card. That way you can have your cake and eat it.

beautiful painting i also dabble in watercolour but landscape is more my thing.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for the kind words. just to make you feel better, I went to classes. I couldn't put brush to paper without tuition.

Thats lovely - almost contemporary feel and I think it would make a great fabric print....(not sure how you would go about getting it on fabric but could kind of imagine it)
