Hi anyone, do you know if it would be possible to make wax tarts in small paper cake cases like petite fours or indiv sponge cake size, just a thought really. cheers Linda.

Yes it is, just make sure that you remind people to remove the paper case before burning the melt! (you never know!)
I make quite alot of things using cake cases, they're very popular. :)

I use the paper bun cases for 90% of my Bakery melts, I think they make them look more realistic

yes they look lovely for wax melts & candles
as the others have said .... make sure you remind your buyer (if selling them) to remove the paper
also remember to place them in a cake tin when you pour the wax other wise you will end up with a spread out mess

thanks for reply & I wouldn't have thought to put them in something, I would have had " the spread out mess " :mf::mf::mf:

A friend and I have recently started doing some of these and we're having great fun. Haven't attempted to sell any yet, still in practise stages, but we're not doing too badly. Can get some good results, the kids love them.. just got to be careful they don't try to eat them!!
