I'm involved in a swap where you had to make a doll.
I originally was intending to make a fabric version of a traditional Kokeshi doll - and although I managed it mostly she still needs tweaking - so I made a more traditional doll instead.
So please say hello to Lucinda

Fab ! I do believe my chair in the Civil Service was very similar in design to your dolly's top - that was back in the 80's ... It's all coming back again :)

Aww, she's cute. I love handmade dolls, they're all so individual. She seems a cheerful soul.
