Things are looking up!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share my excitement!
I have been on a right downer for the past couple of months and I haven't been creating anything! I shut up shop on eBay, took all my listings off everywhere else, lost interest in my website, blogs and everthing! :(

But...

I came through it! I've (reluctantly) re-opened on ebay (need the sales!), put a bit more effort into my website and relisted everything on Etsy. Yesterday I had my very first sale on my website and a sale through my ebay shop and then this morning I had my second Etsy sale ever! The website and ebay sales were just small fry really but the Etsy one was for my Winnie the Pooh bunting which I had convinced myself would never sell!:mf::mf::mf:
It's all just what I needed to kick me back into shape and get the creative juices flowing again! I'm off to sew,sew,sew!

Do you know, I think that was part of the problem! I stopped coming onto the forum (mainly to shut hubby up because he said I was on it too much!) but I think I really needed it! Two of the main things that drive me are appreciation and encouragement and I don't really get that from anyone else! I need you guys! :jippie:

Definitely, it's a really good support network, it makes you realise that other people are in similar situations with the same worries etc. I find that it really helps me to have a blog, there you can sort out all your thoughts and talk through what your intentions are, which keeps your brain in order! :D

The people on this forum are great for moral boosts, I always come on here if I am feeling down and it makes me want to work even harder.

I wondered where you were - I noticed that your shop on youcraftlot had nothing on it. Good to have you back. I have got my first fair at Gisborough Hall on Sunday and I am quite nervous.
