Congratulations, Very attractive design.

However, there are some minor things that could be improved.

1.) The blinking menu of oll pages that a visitor hasn´t visited is a nice idea, but blinking items in general are contraproductive to the aestetic nature of the rest of your site. I would rather not use any blinking objects.

2.) Make your website W3C compliant (missing doctype). This not only makes your site viewable with a broader set of web browsers, but also helps you find minor page quirks that may later cause problems

3.) Background images look somewhat oldfashioned because this feature has been over-used on nearly every homepage in the old days. The use of your background image is intelligent, consistent and non-distracting, however, so maybe there is no need to change that.
