Beaded belts just completed.

Hi all,

Completed 3 belts recently and just posted the photos, 2 of which were made using the triangle weave technique and the other was my first experiment with bead embroidery.

Thanks Keli,

The two beaded ones took me about 3 weeks each and the lace bead embroidery one took me 3 months, but I plan to make some more bead or sequin embroidery ones as they turn out pretty well for my first try so that boosted my confident.

Hi yeah the belts look really good. I do some beading but mainly bracelets. do you have any tips on have to make sure the ends are all secure and don't come undone, i tend to tie lots of knots and use clear nail varnish. also is is possible to use that design to sell the product you make with it?

Hi Kayleigh,

What I usually do to make sure the knot doesn't come loose is to tie a double knot and string the remaining thread back through the beaded piece (so leave at least 4 inch of thread for string back) sometimes I don't even need to tie a know especially for peyote stitches as I just string it back enough, it is better than a knot.

As for the last part of the question "is it possible to use that design to sell the product you make with it?" I really do not know what you are asking, please elaborate.
