hello from another essex girl im mainly a cardmaker but drift in and out of a variety of crafts have tried knitting years ago but it takes me too long my children used to have grown out of items i was knitting them before id even finished it once took me 6months to knit a cardigan for when my oldest daughter started school and then my mother in law produced 2 she had completed in a week so i left the knitting to her after that its very friendly here with lots of useful tips so (welcome)to the forum
