Button Covering Machine

Hello,
I have acquired a button covering machine - the ones that upholsterers use to cover buttons with fabric.

The problem is that there are no instructions and I am completely baffled by how to use it.

Does anyone have a clue? Would you be able to tell me what to do and what the piece are for please?

I would say look on the product name on the internet and contact them for help, also there is a web site that lets you find instructions for all sort of things. hope that helps
