Hi eveyone,

well the sun is shining, it's a beautiful day. We had lovely hot suny weather over the weekend too, I hope it was nice where you are!

So, how is everyone getting on with thier boxes?

I feel like a school teacher asking for homework to be handed in.

I feel bad for seeming like a nag but can I give those of you who are nearly finished with your boxes a little nudge with the stick. :bonik:

I am dead keen to show off your box projects as part of my upcoming box promotion. I will be able to champion your designs to 100's of my subscribers and through my blog, and website, each time with links to your work and websites.

Hope that doesn't sound too pushy, I'm just so excited about this project and moving it forward.

Actually, actually sir, what really happened is this:-

When I got it out of the envelope, I put it onto the table and my mum moved it and I couldnt find it and when i found it my bruvver had had filled it wiv chocolate and then put it in the sunshine, cos you know its been hot and then the chocolate had all melted so I took it back to the kitchen to clean it up and put it back onto the table and the dog jumped onto the table and ate it!!!

So now I am waiting .......

Gosh, I go away for one day and there's a riot in the classroom. Now all settle down and play nicely, quiet at the back. :p

Actually Sir, I have finished decorating it and have taken all the photos, it's just writing the instructions now. Do you want me to send the pics now and the writing afterwards, when it's done?

The teacher was only away for one day but forgot to arrange a supply teacher to take watch of his crafty box-ers....

...chaos soon erupted....the eager beavers mocked and prodded and poked the late crafters, the late crafters waited from the side lines to seek their revenge....

...too late!!! damn, teach' is back! The eager beavers sit quietly at the front waiting for the teach' to praise their good work...

One shouts..... TAKE AIM...BLOW...FIRE...!!!!!!!!!!!

The late crafters shout with joy, good shot, they pat each other on the back! The eager beavers are covered in wet soggy tissue balls, now they're not so clever!...those late crafters knew the empty biro tubes they have been hording in their draws would come in handy!!!

...oh dear, teach' shakes his head and wonders why he thought a box project was ever a good idea!!

All these cheeky images and posts are making me feel like a supply teacher out of his depth!!! I am expecting the headmaster to barge into the classroom any second shouting 'what's going on here...' then seeing that I am actually stood at the front of the classroom!!

I'm really struggling now that my little box has arrived :( while I was waiting I was full of ideas and inspiration but now that it's sat here on my desk staring at me and begging to be decorated, I'm suffering from a major case of brain freeze :( I'm trying honest... just can't seem to get any inspiration... will get it all sorted asap!!

This is me being the distracted kid in the corner who didnt find time to play with the other kids but is hugely entertained watching all their antics, including the smug kids at the front with apples lined up on their desks, the gang in the middle aspiring to smugness but with slightly crazed "I'm nearly finished, honest, wait a minute, oh shut up" expressions on their faces and the frantic kids at the back who I cant quite see properly cos there's a snowstorm of paper n beads n string n fabric n heaven knows what raining down around them...

...now where's that kid who has a box to do and is busy looking out the window?...come out ya little beggar
