Digitizing Image Help Please!

Can anyone digitize an image for me so that I can have it embroidered onto a chef jacket for Himself? It's going to be a surprise.

I have the image, but I need to convert it from jpeg to .emb and I have no idea how to do this.

Please please can anyone do this?
