Hello everyone, nice to meet you.
Just registered this evening. I love cardmaking and am forever buying new stash. I love to blog and view other blogs, you can see some amazing work. I'm a SAHM with 3 children, my boy is on the Austic spectrum. I've been cardmaking for a few years but do dabble in other things from time to time. Check out my blog, I update it regularly.

My son has Aspberger syndrome which is a form of autism, its milder than normal Autism but aspberger people have difficulty with so******ing and dealing with everyday issues. My son hates large groups so even though he is in mainstream school we are trying to get him statemented. Its hard to explain but believe me my boy is very hard work, he doesn't live in the real world and has great difficulty trying to understand simple tasks. I could go on for hours but basically without help he will never get on in life, which is a great shame as he is a lovely boy.

I did wonder if it was related to autism Claire. I dont know a great deal about it but strangely enough, only recently started a job at an NHS Resource Centre where they have a multitude of groups they work with, autism being one of them

I wish you and your lovely boy all the joy and success in the world. With the right help, it'd be nice to think "never say never" for him

Thanks for more welcomes. Its my Birthday today, had over 100 handmade cards from crafting friends, it took me ages to open them all and loved them all. Think today is the 1st day for weeks that I haven't blogged anything except a thankyou. Hoping to craft again tomorrow as some peeps sent me some new stash which was very nice of them. Welcome from me to anyone new reading this thread, seems a popular forum:D
