here's a bag I made

I thought I'd share one of my creations with you! I taught myself crochet last October and made this bag as a birthday present for my sister-in-law in January. I've made a few more as presents and have just made a couple of tops. I'd really like to crochet myself a jumper but can't seem to find a pattern anywhere that'll fit an adult - can anyone help maybe?

Back to the bag! the pattern was out of the 'Happy Hooker' book, the plastic handles I bought and the lining was a top that I got in the sale for £1 - so no guilt at cutting it up!

Well done, that looks quite intricate. I make crocheted wire jewellery but I can't do anything else with crochet at the moment.

Fab bag, I could do with some crochet lessons if that is the sort of thing I could create. A girl can never have toooooo many bags I say. (My husband doesn't agree, but what do men know about these things anyway)!!!
