Well I haven't lost any weight this week but I haven't put any on so I am still 12 st 5. Not bad seeing as I haven't been trying this week at all!

I'm slowly sorting out the craft room and actually managed to get into the eaves storage yesterday to go through all my old teaching things and sort them out into 2 piles - one for Anya's school to have a look through and one for the tip! We also got rid of a load of Matt's old training manuals that he hasn't looked at in 2 years - and it's stuff that goes out of date easily. So last night was spent by me tearing off the front covers which can't be recycled and ripping out the spiral binding - ditto. I was watching Project Catwalk on You Tube though as I was doing it - I've got the last one to watch tonight so I will see who wins!! So exciting!!

For those of you who wanted to see business cards I have been making some today but the light was terrible here so I haven't taken any photographs yet. I do however have a photograph of the gorgeous coin purse made for me which I am going to use as a business card holder.

It came super quickly too and is very beautifully made. Sarah also makes jewellery too as Hope Jewellery (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5395974). Gotta give you a plug Sarah!

Right well I will be back tomorrow hopefully with photographs of the business cards and if not then takes of how the tidying has gone tomorrow - we will have all day doing it!

I'm 5 foot 5 inches - so my target weight is 11 st for my height which would make me in the 'desirable range for my height. And I promised Matt that I wouldn't get another tattoo until my weight hit 11 st. I really want another one (well 3!) so better get exercising!!

i'm alright on the 5'7 bit, am about that, what with shrinkage for the getting older bit! but why can't we just have natural shrinkage for the weight as well!

Food is so evil.
I have a mars bar a packet of crisps and a cornish pasty awaiting me just to proove it.

I know Il never stop eating junk although I have cut down.I used to have 1 chinese takeaway a week, combined with an office job the weight crept on.Ive stopped the weekly takeaways for a long time now.
Thats why Im after a job where I get to walk around so at least Im moving instead of sat down.

Well done on the weigh in Swirly :)

I think its great to have a goal to aim for along with a reward afterwards. Especially it being a tattooooo :mf:

I come off the steroids next week as my excema has started clearing up :D I've already started exercising on my exercise bike while beading! This way i can watch TV, exercise, and craft at the same time!

I do agree that loosing weight in the summer is easier! The thought of fast food etc in the summer isn't pleasant, where as a bottle of cold water is really appetising. Visa Versa in the winter!

Just checked out the Saysie and Hope links and her stuff is gorgeous, so thanks for mentioning those. Good luck with the diet, but don't give up everything scrummy!;)
