I've already got mine on excel but I was wanting to go one step further to be honest - or at least see if I can make a better spreadsheet........all takes time though.

Hi Pauline,
My hubby uses Cash Flow Manager - his accountant recommended this for him and it works very well. My books are all flung into lever arch files but I am going to start using Cash Flow too.

I use excel too.Just make your columns for all your different outgoings, post, materials etc. Its great because it also does the calculations for you!!!

I use an adapted spreadsheet from SJD Accountancy (http://www.sjdaccountancy.com/) - free registration and download. I know plenty of people who use them as their accountants (mainly IT contractors, though) but their spreadsheet may do the trick for you.
