I was watching Flog it! yesterday(can you tell Im unemployed, actually, I could be getting this mixed up with The One Show, anyhoo, yesterday was a very Dracula-esque day)) and they visited the Sutcliffe Gallery in Whitby.
Whitby, the place where Draculas boat 'Demeter' ended up after the storm.
So I did a bit of googling and Frank Meadow Sutcliffe took some amaaaazing victorian photographs, my favourite era.
If you google the Sutcliffe gallery you can see them.I think I may treat myself to a cuple of pictures one day.
Also, while Im on the subject I never miss an opportunity to tell people about Julia Margaret Cameron, another amazing victorian photographer, have a google.
