I get a gossip mailout every week and at the end they do a round up of some of the emails that TV companies get that complain about programmes, adverts etc. This one struck me as being very funny!

My six-year old son watched the programme and then attempted to copy part of it by flying on aspoon, he fell and was admitted to hospital for surgery as the spoon went into his neck. I feel that the programme should have a warning to prevent any similar accidents in future.
