Gosh I feel so clever! Would anyone like to see the progress of our extension? It goes right across the back of the bungalow and I am moving all the rooms round. The builders are brilliant and they think I am too because I am constantly brewwing up and doing bacon butties, crumpets, toast, biccies and anything else I can think of!!!I'll be glad when it's all done. I'm constantly feeling dirty from all the dust. No pain - no gain!!!!!!!!

Looks great! What are your plans for your extra space?

I don't envy you when the walls get knocked through. Been there and ate the dust to prove it. Good luck!

I am DREADING the knock through!! The extra space will enable me to have the old kitchen as a dining room, the extra length from the kitchen will be the kitchen the lengthened bedroom will be the living room with French doors The bathroom will be extended so that we can have a shower unit as well as the bath. The separate toilet will stay the same and the extra bit behind it will house the shower unit I just mentioned. Phew!! We are upside down trying to clear clothes ect from the bedrooms!!! Ah well 1 As everyone keeps telling me - It will be lovely when it's done!!!! Sue xx:D

The first rule of having builders/workmen in - give them a brew! Sets them up for the day' work and makes them think highly of you as you are helping them get going! Oh and plenty of biccies too!
