But the best part of the whole show HAD to be when the boys were putting the big sheats through the steamer, and Alex had his shirt unbuttoned and the sleeves rolled up! Oh i am soooooo in love!!

I so love The Apprentice and always make sure I watch it (I've watched the previous two series but not series one).

That Jenny was incrediably rude and bullying. Managing people like that in the real world would leave her with no staff. I was disappointed that she didn't get fired.

Ooooh I LOVE the Apprentice:D ...last nights one was good...but how much money could they have made if they both had there production sorted!!! That Beckham look a like was a pretty neat idea! I didn't half laugh last night!
Lucinda is still useless in my current opinion. It was unfair the way she was treated over the IT issues, but she is a real moany girl. She doesn't seem to have any brain!
I think this lot are a lot different from theprevious lot in that they are constantly trying to set each other up all the way through so that if they loose then their victim is left on a limb.
It's also strange the way that the editing of the show is done because one week they really focus on the nasty aspects of a character and then the next week that character doesn't get any focus.

Claire was horrid last night, and Alex showed himself to be a bit of a snake in the grass as well... shirking responsibility and then jumping on the Claire bandwagon with Jenny. Don't like Helene either after her performance last night.

None of them have really impressed me at the moment, they all seem to be playing a game rather than showing true business credential and expertise.

The only honest one who seemed to be genuinely trying to work hard with no agenda has now gone. And he was my namesake as well!

Thought I'd drop in again ...Lucinda, what can you say about her?? She does seem a bit petty with her moaning and complaining ...I think they've all got it in for her now.

I find it hard to believe that she presumably works in a modern office in her real job, but can hardly use a computer ...and as AS said ...he sells technology ...what chance has she got??

All in all I have to agree ...how did she get on the show? She's either going to turn out to be a brilliant team leader or she was brought in for the comedy effect ...poor girl!

I can't believe how nasty everyone is on this series. It seems from the outset that people within teams are setting up scapegoats. They aren't willing to work towards winning if it means someone else looks bad. i just don't remember previous years being like this.
I couldn't believe how they all attacked sarah when they got back to the house. Poor girl!
We came up with a "your fired day" (Nasty aren't we!) You could ditch your boyfriend/ girlfriend, husband, wife, work collegue, cleaner etc.
I believe they even sell happy divorce cards nowadays.

im going to continue the theme of my posts... didnt alex look gorgeous when they got back home?? Im just going to block out the bullying part though, it ruins my image of him! Im still waiting for the superman pjs to come out again! Raef Rocks. Theres no two ways about it, he was just SOOOOO pasionate when he was rehersing his pitch in bed!! Zara does nothing, but has lovely eyes, which I do like.

I know that you do not need one whole chicken for one chicken pizza. I can work out where an apostrophe goes in under 3hrs. I know the difference between green and white. I know that pretending to be Jewish to impress the boss is actually a silly idea. And I won't sleep with anyone's husband to get a job. ;)

I think one of the things that they all seem to say on 'your fired' is true. They dont make normal business decisions, becasue they want to be on the sub team that wins. So normally jenny wouldnt try and bribe someone, but if that had worked and that meant that they had won, she could have taken credit for it. Although I think that if it had worked, he would have fined renaisance anyway for cheating!

How gutted would you be though, getting fired on your birthday??

Its really hard to guess who'll be in the final because none of them have done a great job so far... there's Alex who needs to buy a comb & take anger management classes, Raef (shifty or honest ....hard to tell?), Sara with those lovely big appealing eyes (but not much else going on?), Lee who will surely get a part in the next episode of 'footballers wives', Lucinda (away with the faeries), 'Kosher' Michael (what else to say?!), 'Helene-the-Hard' (definately wouldnt want her for my boss) and of course thats leaves us with 'I-want-to-be-the-next-Ruth-Badger ' contestant Claire (member of the 'I-love-air-hostess-scarves' club)...

I must say I do love the show - this year is not as good as others I think, but still great viewing.

My big soft spot is for Sara (as Mel has mentioned - its those amazing puppy eyes !)

But not sure she really does that much. So my vote is for Raif - seems to do quite a bit (in his way) and comes across a nice guy, so hurray for him!

I did like Lee, but didnt like it when he had a go at Sara (remember i mentioned my soft spot).

Wouldnt like to bet on who will win though.

well the strange thing about the deposit was I asked me unlce last night about it coz I dont think hed risk that, and he said that he didnt have to pay a deposit, he had to pay about £70 for insurance for the day.... £5000 is just realy realy mad!

I felt soooooo sorry for Lee when that man had contacted the university! To be fair, it didnt realy make much difference, as he wouldnt have had any more qualifications had he been there for 2 years or 2 days! I thought he handled it quite well though.

Claire just walked it realy, the comment that she talks a lot is a bit invalid in an interview! When he first said it she should have just said, well duh! its an interview!

The best part though had to be that mans impression of alex on your fired. That was sooooooo funny! Why are you saying hello to me? I havent done anything! Why would you do that? Why? Why did you say that? Im only 24! Oh i was in tears! Cant wait till next week! I thought they didnt film it till this weekend, or is it only the boardroom they film this weekend?

I thought it was hilarious that he knew nothing about the achievements of the people who were interviewing him... as they had all done so much by his age and he didn't know what to say when challenged.

I actually think that the celebrations of the 'final four' on returning to the house were an embarrassment. If they had thought about the fact that they had all been put through, I'm sure they would have come to the same conclusion that I did... that there was not enough talent or potential to make two of them stand out above the rest.

This series has been dogged by bullying, sniping, whinging and back-stabbing. The final will be no different as there are four of them in it... so they are competing in pairs against each other, but also inwardly competing against each other.

I'll still be interested to see the result but I stand by what I've said before... I wouldn't employ any of this four.

Sir Alan has split the teams so that Alex and Helene are on one team. Clare and Lee are on the other. Which ever team wins, one of them will be picked. If he had his eye on lee or Clarire he'd have split them up so that whatever team won he'd be able to choose one of them.

I agree with Si, I wouldn't employ any of them. Claire is a motormouth who can't settle. Lee is not bright enough and he lied on his cv which even when he was caught out he still tried to lie his way through. Alex is ok, but he didn't interview well, maybe all pretty and no substance and a bit of a snake too they way he tried to stitch Lucinda up and Helene is ok too but she didn't really shine in any of the projects. I think it could be anyones really.

Yes but what if Claire & Lee lose the task next week? Sir Alan will have to pick either Alex or Helene to be his apprentice both of which I think are the weaker candidates.

maybe thats why he put them two together... I did notice they were doing a presentation thing and claire wasnt the one speaking it was lee, which I think is a bit strange becasue hes told her off before for not doing the presentation! Unless they both did a bit and they only showed us lees bit. I hope that made sense! Its deffinetly not going to be helene, i dont know if sir alan felt a bit guilty becasue he kept saying i dont want to hear about her childhood, and all the others said but you should listen it makes her who she is!

We just had a lecture in uni about interview skills, the lecturer starts it off with, who watched the apprentice last night? some ppl put there hands up, then he said what should you not do in an interview? everyone sed lie! he said NO you shouldnt call your collegues gobs***es! Or tell the interviewer there not listening to you, or wear a huge green jumper thats too big for you and seriously needs an iron! I dont think he paused for breath in the whole sentence!

Claire is the only person I would even consider employing if i were Sir Alan. Alex really got up my nose by going on about only being 24, and he looked like he needed a good shake. Helene had a tough childhood? Well a lot of us have and good for her for overcoming it but it doesn't make her a good candidate. I had sympathy for Lee who felt he had to lie on his cv (I may just have given myself a few extra qualifications now and again when applying for jobs....) but I still think he'd be better off if somebody gave him a part in Footballer's Wives. Can't wait for next week.

Im afriad ive got some realy terrible news.... Alex is now.... 25. Thats right. Thats why he didnt get hired, becasue his only selling point has failed. I dont know how hes going to survive.

Also did anyone notcie that Nick de Lacy Brown wasnt in the audience? Jennifer had a picture of his head instead. But the reason is, he got crushed by a wall and hes in hospital. How bads that??
