To all crafters - do you have a particular song, album etc that you listen to when you're in creative mode. I like to listen to Enya, classical music and cold play - fix you!

What medium makes you work better/ be more creative?

Hallo Curious Bear! When I am making my cards I usually have the TV on in the background but sometimes I have a change and play CD's. I listen to George Micheal's ballads, Julio,Cortes, (opera singer,) Amy Winehouse - whatever takes my fancy at the time but one of ones I play most is Nora Jones . My sister died in March last year and I have a CD of Carley Simon called Moonlight Serenade which belonged to Helen so I play that a lot because she loved it. Sue xx:D

hmm, a mixture of rock and metal gets me threading like a mad woman!

Was doing price labels today, ready for Saturday.

Louder and faster the music the faster i was getting.

i have to listen to dance music and have a dance while i work (the girls sit there sniggering at mum going thru mid life crisis) ( am only 38 sheesh) cos its so uplifting gets the old grey matter working or if its too much boom boom for the old noggin i like a bit of keane, westlife or queen lol

I don't listen to music when I'm crafting but I have to have the television on and it has to be something that I can happily listen to without having to watch like cookery programes or F1 (I'm a big F1 fan). I couldn't sit and craft in silence - I'd go mad!

I listen to Planet Rock all day. it really does help me concentrate, my favourite band at the moment is Rush.

I'm a Radio 2 girl!!!! Although I do turn it off when that idiot Steve Wright is on in the afternoon. I then put whatever CD is nearest to the player on - usually one of Matt's mixes or a musicals one!

I'm a Radio 2 girl as well but Mr Wright is Mr Wrong for me too.
My music tastes are v varied - 80's indie stuff, Madame Butterfly (yes - opera!!), Muse, Stevie Wonder, basically anything that's NOT fluffy pop.
