That is great. We are going on holiday to South Africa to visit hubby's cousin - we are going to the Kruger National Park so should get to see lots of animals in their natural habitat - will post pics - not going until August though.
Cheers.

Indri,
Still playing catch up with all the posts. You are so lucky to have seen these magnificent creatures in the wild.
Have been watching the programme on the BBC is it the same place you went too ?
And Lisa want lots of pictures. Mike used to be the zoo keeper at Edinburgh and his charges were the rhino's called Kruger and Flossie after the parks they came from. Always wanted to take him there but he says he wont come back.

I've been watching those tigers on the BBC, different park though. Mine was further north in Rajasthan. I haven't been to Kruger, but have been to Etosha in Namibia - fantastic to see the rhinos and elephants in the wild. It's really interesting how such large animals are so difficult to spot!!! I had giraffe blindness in Africa as I couldn't see these tall things amonst the trees!

Amazing pictures the tiger one is brilliant. It must be fantastic to see the animals in their own environment.
