Hi there beginning to get a bit of a complex. Started a blog a few weeks ago and nobody has read it or left any comments! Would like to show it on my posts here but was told I have to have 25 under my belt before I could. A few more to go then. However, I do have the details in my profile so was wondering if anyone out there might have a couple of minutes to read my blurp and leave me a comment?

Sad and lonely member. :frusty:

Nobody's looked at my blog either... least I don't think they have

If you click on user CP on the blue bar at the top then you can put it on your signature so it'll come up everytime you post

I'l take a look at your blog

Will you look at mine?

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I was the same for ages. Felt like a right numpty merrily writing away to Mr Nobody. Mine seemed to kick off a bit after I joined Flickr. I put a link to my blog in my Profile, put loads of photos on and joined stacks of groups. I also visited other people's blogs and left comments. I think just plastering your name and a link to your blog all over the place should do it. he he
I'm not snowed under with visits but I don't have stuff to sell yet so haven't bombarded as many places as I probably could.
Keep reading threads on here cuz that's how I picked up ideas for what to do.
I'm now going to check out both of your blogs!!! :0)

I've visited and left a comment!!:D

I really admire people who have a blog and do so much - I've just not got enough time to do a blog (plus I'm too nosey and love to read everyone elses hehehe!)

Added you to my faves so will try and visit at least every day!

That chicken looks fab - have you told Swirly?!!;)

Just visited you and the hens hen!

Yes, if you get your Blog address set up as part of your User CP signature, everyone will be able to see it and are more likely to start having a little looky

I dont seem to get chance to visit loads, erm forumming a bit much, but I do nip in and out of some when I can :)

Hi there and thank you to all who have taken the time to read my blog. Bit stumped as to how I reply to your blogs. I get this page up asking me to enter one of those weird alphabet sequences and also to open a google account. Do I need to do this before I can reply to anyone, is it free...the word account has started alarm bells ringing?? Am I a complete numpty....heeelp:o

Not at all numpty, I had the same problem at first when I tried to comment on yours, cos I'm on Blogger and yours is obviously different

In the end, I had to select "other" when I was in yours, then it let me post a comment - I'm not sure if you get a similar alternative when you try to post on a Blogger generated Blog though?

Hi

Just read your blog and ( hopefully! ) left a comment for you. Then I started my own blog!! Never thought I would be able to do that, only problem is I can't seem to get my photo's on it. Any idea what I'm doing wrong??

Thanks

One way of creating traffic to your blog, is to visit other blogs and leave comments - constructive comments rather than spam which would be deleted!

Keep on blogging, pink cupcake! Loving the hearts quilt, it's gorgeous.

Try: http://www.theartrepreneur.com/knowledge/traffic_blog.asp for info about increasing traffic to your blog.

Try commenting on and linking to other people's blogs, then they will comment on and link to yours. Their readers may become your readers that way.

Good luck :)

This link has a list of directories for blogs, so should be useful:
