Did anyone see Benidorm? If it was your first time of watching it just gets better and better!! I laughed from start to finish. I think I'll have nightmares about those trunks!!! I wish it was on for an hour so you can get used to the people if you didn't see the first series but believe me - the best is yet to come!!!! I have been looking forward to seeing it all day! Sat here with a glass of wine and really enjoyed both the wine and the programme. (sad or what)!! Sue xx:D

all the tv adverts have been really funny. its not normally something i would watch. Loud mouth annoying people! but then again they are taking the pi**, erm... mick out of them!

Lots of people in it I like too - the League of Gentleman guy who plays Tubbs - Johnny Vegas in some fetching shorts - but not as fetching as Mel, Didsbury's answer to Julio Iglesias :sm:

Shaz keep your eye on the swingers!! They are so funny,especially the 'lady'. She is such a lech!!! Saw her interviewed about the prog and she said she had reservations about it as she usually plays 'mousey' types but she decided to give it a go. Ive never watched it before and I just had it on in the background while I was making some jewellery, but the funniest thing had to be when johnny vegas said this place is realy going downmarket and then put the beer hat on! I was in tears!

I'm so glad you all enjoyed it!! It's just the best!! Hasn't everyone been away at some time or other and can identify with one or more of the people!! We once went to Spain when my son was about 12. To this day (and he is 36) we can still laugh about the family of mum, dad, gran and son who were always in the pool whatever time of day we got there. The son used to swim up and down shouting 'SHARK, SHARK' and his dad would shout 'QUICK, PASS ME THE BINO'S SO i CAN SEE THE SHARK' to the Gran who would chortle and shout WHO WANTS A RACE? and jump in the pool trying to be the life and soul of the party!!!! Aah memories!!! Looking forward to next Friday's episode!!! Sue xx:mf:
