Just had my house valued!

Flippin' neighbours drove me mad over Easter! Sunday morning he starts hammering his new kitchen at 9.50 am, not too early you think but its Easter Sunday for gods sake! Then yesterday it starts at 9.12 am! We have lived next door to them for 21 years, you would think a bit of consideration would be called for. Anyway so annoyed I had the house valued today and its worth double the mortgage, so pleased I had to share!!!! Selina

Great news about the value....sell it quick before the slump arrives. Himself says that if the gypsies are staying, we're moving but the kids are all settled at schools & college. Would dearly love to leave the little asbo-ite next door.

Ooh That's good! A little consideration wouldn't go amiss would it!! You should wait until they have to be up really early for something and then set your alarm for about 4 in the morning and get your rolling pin and bang on a ban or something under their window!!!! buy an old house in Spain. Walls 2' thick ..or more, so no worries about hearing the neighbours!

But then there are the allnight fiestas, and I mean ALL night, music ofen doesnt finish til 0700 hrs, and the VERY loud rocket fireworks. Scares mymum hald to deah whenshe visits reminds of the blitz during the war, and al the bombs!

Jules - you've got workmen to do the central heating soon haven't you? Can you get them to start really early a few mornings on the trot and to chuck the debris over to the neighbours from hell.......;)
