Actually I'm not too fussed but the kids are very disappointed!I think they were hoping to get out of school tomorrow!
daughter didnt even get to see it as she was in the shower! So she's http://www.getsmile.com/emoticons/funny-smileys/sobbing.gif !!

it was actually coming down thick and fast, and the view was totally blocked off by a white curtain of snow, yet now the ground isnt even damp!

Aw I bet everyone was very excited when it started coming down!

How often do you get snow there?

every winter so far we have had ast least 1 heavy snowfall ( about 1 metre!), but nothing this year. we can always see snow in the distance, on the peaks across the valley from Oct/Nov onwards, though its not permanent, till about Mar/april.
this year has been very mild generally. In fact yesterday, we were out in T shirts, pruning the olives, and in spite of strong winds felt quite warm! ( we had trousers etc on too, I should point out!)

No signs of anymore snow so far, in fact the clouds have just about all blown away now!
