Hi, I'm new to the forum-joined yesterday. I make jewellery using glass, crystal beads, sterling & silver plated findings etc. I'm looking to make some rings and am trying to find the ring bases that you attach the beads to. Have found a couple of sites that do sterling ones (jillybeads & pj minerals) which is what i'm looking for. Just wondered if anyone knows of anywhere else that sells them at a reasonable price.

Hi

Julesgems.com is a really good supplier. Their prices and quality are really good and their website is very easy to use.

I get my ring bases from them and I think they have a couple of different options as to how may loops you want so you can add different amounts of beads. The rings are also size adjustable.

I use their 'bling ring' which is rhodium plated with 9 loops and costs 55p each with VAT included.

Hope this helps

Thanks Karen,

I was looking for sterling ones but they seem quite expensive so might just use the ones you mentioned to start off with and see how they come out.
